1. Persistence
It is the greatest of virtues that every entrepreneur can exhibit; you can't get far in this world if you don't be persistent. Persistence is the ability to be able to set a goal and sustain a certain behavior that leads to achieving it, trying again and again. The persistent person tries to create the opportunity, therefore persistence is the key to success. More than talent, more than genius, more than any other quality.
On average, the person who decides to undertake will have to work a third of the additional time compared to an office worker. Not to mention the lack of a constant economic income, which complicates things and makes the road more arduous. Persistence is accompanied by a positive attitude and an enormous tolerance for frustration.
2. Passion
The first obstacle to entrepreneurship is the lack of credibility on the part of the people around you, with honorable exceptions. Therefore, the passion you demonstrate will be vital in the final result of your venture. Entrepreneurship means learning new things, without the ease of having a teacher; sacrifice your comfort and even your heritage; keep in mind at all times the idea you want to materialize; and not infrequenquen a fight to get what you want. Could you do all this without a chin of passion?
3. Innovation
Another interesting aspect of an entrepreneur is his desire to innovate, that is, to create something new, new or even revolutionary. Many scientists have been innovators, for example, Nikola Tesla, whose name adorns a company that is currently engaged in technological innovation projects. However, you don't have to be a genius or a scientist to become a great entrepreneur. What does matter, and a lot, is that you are able to innovate in the industry you select as a niche of your venture. Small changes lead to big transformations.
4. Initiative
Fundamental for any entrepreneur, and perhaps one of the basic requirements. A person with initiative is someone willing to take risks, of course, calculated. It is not about undertaking for the adventure, but about taking into account the factors that intervene in the success of a company. An entrepreneur needs to take the first step, otherwise he is simply imitating a trend or replicating a business model. Which is not bad in itself, but it will always be better to be the first, to be at the forefront.
5. Independence
It's not a rule, but we're sure it could be: entrepreneurs are independent by nature, they don't like to take orders or have fixed schedules. They adapt to challenges. They want to create and transform their environment. They prefer to develop their own style. As far as work is concerned, they are tireless and are willing to dedicate overtime in order to see their projects realized. And all this for one reason: to become independent. Once the entrepreneur starts his business, he ensures his economic autonomy.
Do you see yourself reflected in some of them?
